What To Know
In-Home Care
All pet care is provided inside your home. Lisa firmly believes this provides the best care for all pets by lowering their anxiety, keeping them in familiar surroundings, and promoting safety and stability. She does NOT provide boarding in her home.
Meet and Greet
All care begins with a free meet and greet at your home. You can call or text 704-975-7832 to schedule. Meet and greets last about 30 minutes and are an excellent opportunity for both sides to ask questions, get familiar with one another, and allow your pet(s) to get to know Lisa.
Time to Pet Portal
After the meet and greet, you’ll be asked to complete your pet profile on Time to Pet. Time to Pet is the pet sitting portal Lisa K Petsitting uses to schedule visits, organize and store client and pet information, send out invoices, and collect payment. ALL clients must have a card on file to book with Lisa K Petsitting.
Payment Policies
Lisa K Petsitting does not accept cash, checks, or any digital payment methods such as Venmo or Apple Pay. All payments are due at the time services are rendered.
Scheduling
Lisa is the only pet sitter at Lisa K Petsitting and her schedule can fill up quickly, especially during holidays. It’s important to schedule as early as possible.
